We are open on Monday evenings from 6.30 - 8pm.We run private self defence classes to suit clients, so from 1-2-1 to small groups just contact us and we can fit your requirements to your needs.
Club is run by serving police officer, who specialises in the simple 'Bash and DAsh' self defence - easy to implement - no prior training/fitness required - To develop the body's natural alarm reaction to defend itself.the classes are also fitness related on a monday - circuit style kickboxing.
