Thursdays evening: Kids 1745hrs to 1900hrs
Adults 1900hrs to 2100hrs Sunday evenings: 1845hrs to 2000hrs Adults only
The club boast members from many different arts and numbers of students range between 30 to 50 members.
We offer excellent training from our fully qualified instructors who all hold first aid certificates, and certificates in Child protection, health and Safety, Coaching and instructing.
All our instructor hold other dan grades in other arts therefore we can offer and wide range of technicques to the students. Such and ground fighting, weapon defences( pistols, knife, Stikes etc..) and self defence for women.
