The largestTai Chi school in Brighton and surrounds, weteach Traditional Yang Style; initially with an emphasis on health, training continues to include Tai Chi as a transformational practice, and includes Push Hands; Spear, Sabre and Sword; Qigong and Internal Development and all aspects of this art. Fourcourses a year starting roughly every 3 months,all usually taught with humour!
Not only are we geeks about our Tai Chi, we are just as interested in our teaching. Working in the education sector to help teachers improve their teaching and students improve their learning means that we pay close attention to our own practice.
We are as flexible as possible with the courses: if you miss a class due to illness or holiday you can attend any other class at that level within the term by doing an extra class in a different week. We also keep the costs as low as possible;the more courses you book in a term the cheaper it gets per class.
