Times vary depending on what's convenient for the student as lessons are taught on a 1 to 1 basis or to small groups.

I teach self defence in my spare time around my full time job. I am employed in a job where I regularly deal with violent people and I have over 10 years experience in Ninjitsu and Shotokan Karate.
