At Legends Martial Arts Academy in Staines Surrey we cover one of the fastest growing Martial Arts in the World, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is run under Thiago "Monstro" Borges and is part of the Checkmat family. We are the only Martial Arts Team covering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the whole of the Spelthorne area. Along with offering Authentic Brazilain Jiu Jitsu, we teach Authentic Muay Thai/Kickboxing - Free Style Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, and self defence. We at Legends Martial Arts pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly atmosphere during classes, with focus both on hard training, fun and on respect for all members. Our training program is not only designed to benefit anyone wishing to compete in BJJ, "Grappling events (Gi or No GI)" , but also those who are seeking to improve their physical fitness, as well as those who are looking for new challenges and
those wishing to learn self defence.
