In Chinese, Shentie means unrestricted. It can also be interpreted to mean open minded and in the context of martial arts, is used to mean freestyle.
Shentie Mixed Martial Arts is unique in all aspects; the instructors have black belts in Kung Fu, Kickboxing,Tae Kwon Do, Wu Shu Kwan, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Boxing and Karate. All these martial arts combine to create Shentie.

Shentie is a friendly but motivated club. We have quite a varied social calendar enabling students to mix and socialise, these events include taking 32 of our Little Dragons to see Kung Fu Panda and for our other students wishing to attend we offer bi-monthly evenings out to a local restaurants or the cinema etc as well as our Xmas party and other functions.
