Rudheath ju-jitsu club is based in Rudheath youth club opposite Roberts Bakery
We train on Friday evenings from 7pm to 8.30pm and take students from the age of 5yrs to adult
we train in self defence,we also train forcompetition and train in weapons forms
We are members of National Martial Arts and follow their guide lines. Weare alsolinked to other clubs across Cheshire
