Hupo Wushi is a kung fu combining Shaolin, Lau Gar, Chin Na, Wing Chun, Jun Fan, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Kali and various crosstraining and JKD concepts to make a traditional club that pushes application of form making it effective in combat. We Focus on internal/external balance and application/drill training to translate form into fighting.
