Sensei Chris started training in 1978 at the age of 8 in Shotokan Karate, since then, he has studied many different Arts including JKD, Kali/Silat, BJJ, Self Defence, Jiu Jitsu, Budo, Judo, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Lau Gar Kung Fu, Kickboxing, San Shou,Wu Shu, Shootfighting, Hapkido, Ninjutsu, Tai Chi, Kenjutsu and Kyudo with various different Instructors & Masters. Chris met Jon Alexander after leaving his last Instructor after 10 years of training, Jon took Chris under his wing and helped him to verify his Martial Arts Qualifications and teach him a few more along the way.Now 38 Chris holds a 7th Dan in Budo, is a Senior Coach under Shihan Jon Alexender and helps to run the National Council for Oriental Martial Arts.
