Team-M-Power is a friendly club where everyone is welcome from the "serious, hardcore " to the "i just want to keep fit" Martial Artist. At present we have both male and female members aged between 6 and 59 years of age. We train in all aspect of Self Preservation and Self Perfection from Weapons - the use of and defence against to kickboxing to Trapping to Grappling and Groundwork.
