Traditional Wing Chun kung fu tuition in a relaxed friendly class.
Short range defensive style using arms, elbows and hands for blocking and striking, and low kicks, whilst building speed and precision. Students progress to weapons and wooden dummy.
Not for competition/full contact, most moves would be disallowed.Restraint exercised, therefore for anyone 14 years and over only.
Affiliated to the Association for Chinese & Korean Traditional Martial Arts, Tai Chi Union for GB and members of Sportscoach UK.
