Juniors Classes Monday and Thursday 6pm - 7pm
Adult classes are Monday and Wednesday 7pm - 8pm
We cover all the aspects of amateur boxing up to competition level. we also cover adult and junior fitness boxing, Boxing Fitness focuses on fitness first and boxing second. It uses sound boxing techniques (not the kind of fake boxing seen on some celebrities DVDs programs) so there is no sparring
One 2 One adult and junior sessions are available
