classes run Monday 7pm - 8.30pm and Friday 6.30-8pm from aged 5yrs to adults no experience required
I have over 15yrs experience in WTF Taekwondo and CRB checked and fully insured. under the association of UTA Taekwondo. training involved fitness work for stamina and endurance. plus sparring for those students wanting to complete in UK tournaments. self defence is also another area of training to help kids from bullies and women from attacks. I am to give confidence to those whom want to live a nice quite life.
