COMBINED FIGHTING ARTS Combined Fighting Arts (C.F.A) is a mix of various martial arts that complement each other. It teaches you footwork, body mechanics, punches, kicks, knee, elbow and combinations. You will work with a partner on equipment including focus mitts, Thai pads and kicking shields. At an advanced level you will learn strategies and techniques for in and out of the ring including counter punching, and free-sparring. Other aspects covered are the Filipino martial arts and grappling methods An all round keep fit self defence system. This is the system that we use to grade students up to Black Belt and Instructor levels. (members only)
