Transilvania School of Krav Maga is well established in London, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, York and Hull.
Krav Maga is both techniques and sparring plus multiple attackers. We aim to progress you through the grades from P0 to P5. Ultimately we will make you feel very confident in your every day life. You will feel more competent after 3 months training.
I will be teaching you how to escape from manydifferent holds and locks, i.e side head locks, bear hugs and avariety of chokes and many more. Learn how to defend your self against attacks and how to fight back. Krav Maga is easier to learn than martial arts and much more effective.
