Little Warriors is a self defence orientated martial arts system based on the traditions and practises of ancient warriors. Little Warriors is an introduction to the study of Budo and how it applies to modern living - developing respect for self and others, discipline, esteem, team work, goal setting and the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. Martial Arts can help children to develop self esteem, respect, self discipline, balance & coordination, flexibility, strength, team work and leadership skills to enable them to contribute positively to the community as they grow.
