We are a group of like minded people who meet on a regular basis to practice the art of T'ai Chi. We concentrate on the healing aspects of the T'ai Chi Health Forms and Qigong. All adults of all ages, fitness(or not), and abilities are welcome. White Cloud is also affilliated to the World/British Federation of Martial Arts.
