Sifu William Lai is Grand Master Chu Shong Tin's only recognised disciple training students in the United Kingdom and rest of Europe. He trains tradtitional Wing Chun emphasising on mind force, relaxation and structure of the body. Wing Chun system meets with the requirement of 3Es, that is economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
