We have over 16 classes per week, we teach lil dragon classes and award winning syllabus to age 4 to 6 yrs - We also have 6 to 8 yrs Junior Warriors and our Warrior program is age range from 9 to 14 years in this age group we have beginners classes intermidates and advance. We also have adult classes

At xtreme we also have specilized classes in musical forms and trickz -- we have a fight club teaching semi contact sparring - - we also teach weapons the Bo Staff - Switchblades,- karma and nunchu. at xtreme we also have competition training and demostration team training, along side all our classes we have leadership andInstructor programs
We are a very active club with over 150 students we host World European and British Champions - we compete all over the world, Lately we have competed in USA - Italy France-South Africa and we are always holding seminars at the center, We have a lot of friends who travel from the United States to help teach our students most are current World Champions and we are greatful for the time they give up to help improve the ever growingstandard of our students
We are Open 6 days a week for training we also do seminars in self defence and in Musical Forms and Trickz
