We currently train Wednesdays and Fridays at 7pm - 7:50pm juniors, and 8pm - 9pm for adults
once on the Saltash Parkway Industrial Estate, look for Roger Young Land Rover sign on main road, turn in, then follow the roadpast Roger Young and toward the Izuzu building, carry on going over the speed bump, park up and you are there !
We have a varied training programme and aim to keep it interesting whilst continually developing your skills. Our aim is to turn you in to a quality Martial Artist.
We are an extremely friendly approachable club who like to train seriously but always manage to have fun. We are confident you will enjoy training with us.
