At the moment all grades and ages train together on a Thursday's from 7pm - 9pm. ~~ All ages and abilities are welcome to this friendly club. If new to martial arts we recommend that you wear loose clothing when training, until you receive your Karate 'Gi'

We are part of the SSKA www.sska.co.uk ~ Lesson's cost 4 per session (2hrs). There are reduced rates for families.
