Ladies First (Consett) Fri 1730-1830 (sorry Ladies only at moment). Mixed junior classes coming in January (5+)
Modern system based on over 18 years of trditional training. Club focusses on practical, effective self defence, utilising vital point strikes and controlling techniques that work against the most common types of street attack. Also covering awareness and psychology of conflict. Instructor licensed by the Chung Do Kwan Society and recognised grading syllabus available through to Black Belt. Training is taylored to the individual's strengths with personal training also available.
