Traditional ITF style tae kwon do taught on Mondays and Wednesdays at Stafford Junior School (19:30-21:00) and Saturday at the Causeway school (11:00-12:00) Rachel is a former world silver and British gold medallist, UKTA English sparring champion and has appeared at SENI- The International Combat Sports Show. She holds a 5th degree black belt and is an international competitor holding over 50 titles.
She is also a personal trainer and sport therapist under the register of exercise professionals in the united kingdom.
