Classes are taught at three levels (detailsonthe website)
Wednesday :
Level 1 = 7pm - 8pm
Level 2 = 8pm - 9pm
Level 3 = 9pm - 10pm

This is a Self-Defence Class for those of you who want to learn to defend yourself in a real situation. Classes are run at three levels.
PLEASE NOTE, at this class you will learn the EFFECTIVE techniques that many, (but not all) martial art clubs will not teach you until you have undertaken years of training and recieved your Black Belt or equivelent grade and maybe not even then!
Remember if you are being attacked and your life is in danger,....THERE ARE NO RULES!
This is NOT a sport, this is NOT a martial art, we have NO coloured Belts, this is a Self Defence class where we train to defend ourselves should we ever need to in a real situation.
This is a rapid learning system which due to the dangerous techniques being taught, is only suitable for OVER 18's.
