The most exciting new martial arts and self defence system on offer in Hastings and the surrounding area. A mixture of Traditional Karate and Ju Jitsu, we incorporate a range of techniques which are utilised to increase an individuals awareness and ability to recognise potential danger. We create an environment that is fun to learn in where students can practise techniques safely and find the most effective ways to defend themselves.
We offer regular classes as well as a full range of progressive weekendcourses
