Our adults classes promote fitness, self defence and traditional martial arts. We dont just teach you how to fight but rather aim to give you a full understanding of self defence, build your confidence, help in stress reduction, aid flexibility and increase physical fitness, all to help you with your everyday needs! Our children's classes are designed specifically for kids. Your child will not only learn self defence and anti bullying but more importantly the ABC's of life - Attitude, Behaviour and Character. We offer a range of courses that you may take as adults and kids. The end goal is the same, increased confidence,, improved fitness and knowledge of self defense, its just the journey you take that differs.

We are associated with the top UK organizations and instructors and all our staff and instructors are CRB checked.
