Started in 1978 by David and Lilian Alleyn. David is now a 6th Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and has also gained his Black Belt in Ju Jitsu. He is also a Sports Psychologist and a qualified referee.
Lilian is a 3rd Dan in Karate and a Black Belt in Ju Jitsu.
All are welcome regardless of age, race, colour or creed
