Brentwood Jikishin JuJitsu is a freindly club with men and women of all ages and abilities. You will be train with and be taught by Sensi Alan Stone (2nd Dan) and the other senior memebrs of the class.
Jujitsu is a great martial to teach you self defence, increase your confidence in any situation and get fit. The club is run in a relaxed atmosphere with students encouraged to learn from and help each other.
First lesson is free, come and try us out
