This freestyle fighting club is based in Dagenham Essex, and training commences twice weekly, taught by Sensei John Mackinnon. The club has a modern approach and training is geared towards todays needs in terms of self protection and the benefits to the practitioner. Freestyle Combat Ju Jitsu teaches boxing, kickboxing, throwing techniques, restraints, holds and joint locks. This all around approach reinforced with drilling and practical application means that you will become skilled and practiced at all ranges in a combat situation.
We have a very successful record in entering tournaments and offer the opportunity to grade every three months. Sensei John Mackinnon is a school sports association award winning 5th dan black belt with 34 years experience in the martial arts.
