Classes t Southbury Leisure Centre are on Wednesdays at 6.00pm and Saturdays at 4.00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before class times to register for your FREE Karate Class. All classes are one hour long. Adults, children and families are all welcome but children must be 6 or over to try Karate.

Come along and try a free Karate Classs with no obligation. We have been teaching in the area for 26 years since 1985 and we can give you some quality step by step lessons, so that you can enjoy all that Karate has to offer.
