We teach an established jujitsu system incorporating methods of self-defence, control and restraint, tested across generations of users.
The core of our syllabus is designed to provide you with effective skills to protect yourself and those in your care. Our jujitsu heritage can be traced back to its roots in Japan, and through its many branches in modern police and military training.
