Hadri Taekwondo Academy ladies only class is taught by Miss Teeroona from Hadri Academy, the largest taekwondo club in East London. Classes run on Saturdays from 1000am to 1200pm.
Sessions improve fitness, stamina and help to tone up fast. Our members are passionate about the art and deliver fantastic results in training and competitions.
The aims to initiate ladies of all ages to the Korean martial arts, in the traditional Kukkiwon style and according to WTF rules. Everyone has a chance to represent the club at competition. Exams forchange of beltsare available. Join us if you want to stay fit, improve your stamina and flexibility while learning to kick, strike efficiently as aform of self defence.
