Take the Harlow exit from the M11, head towards Harlow on the A414. At the roundabout with PARK INN on the left, take the first exit. Head over the first mini roundabout, at the 2nd miniroundabout turn right. Take the left hand turning past the ESSO GARAGE on the left. Continue down TILEGATE ROAD and TYE GREEN COMMUNITY CENTRE comes up on the left hand side about 100 metres past TYE GREEN BOWLS CLUB

Since 1986 we have been teaching high level martial arts to children and adults within the local community. We are a family run club who believe in making training enjoyable. Our students share our ethos and are as willing to help you learn as the instructors are.
We aim to teach our students an array of techniques which will give them excellent striking skills and effective grappling abilities.
Although we are not sport focussed we have had many sucesses at both national and international level over the past 20 years.
