WEare open seven days a week,,we only teach realistic martial arts,[no kung fu etc].We are a very well equiped gym with a ring,ten high quality punch bags,seperate male and female changing room and cubicle showers,and a mirrored and matted studio area.We are also in the process of building a gym and sauna on the floor above our club at the moment.
