Sensei Mark Ifill has created his own unique style of martial arts by using elements from various styles, including Jujitsu, Muay Thay, Kickboxing, Karate and Judo. Adults and children aged 8 and older welcome. The classes cover all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced. In the classes you will learn techniques that will increase your fitness, confidence and discipline. Training takes place in a warm, friendly environment. Instructor is CRB checked.
