Classes are currently held every Wednesdayat the Boleyn Hall, 79 Boleyn Avenue, Enfield EN1 4HR. Class starts at 7pm promptly and last an hour. Classes will be increased to twice weekly shortly.

Beginners Intermediate class in Martial Arts taught by Sensei Mark Ifill. As well as holding a black belt in Karate, Mark has extensive experience of many other styles including Kickboxing, Lau Gar, Muay Thai, Ju Jitsu, and Tae Kwon Do. He is also a recognised AMA (Amateur Martial Arts) instructor.
