Sanjuro is an exciting martial art developed in London over the last 20 years. Our instructors' background in kickboxing, dance and mixed martial arts has made Sanjuro into an effective form of defence and an impressive form of freestyle movement, coupled with an excellent way to stay fit.We welcome all levels, from complete beginners with no martial arts experience looking to get fit and have fun, to black belts and experts wanting to cross train from another discipline.Our classes are a holistic mix of abilities, ages, and an even split of men and women.
