The Academy is open Monday to Saturday. We offer morning and mid-day sessions as well as evening classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wing Chun, Thai Boxing on different evenings. Please see timetable on website.

Shen-ti Martial Arts has opened a proffessional full time martial arts studio in Witham, Essex. The Academy is a dedicated Martial Arts centre of excellence for Witham and the surrounding area. The 2500 sq ft studio is fitted with a full-length mirrored wall, and a range of mixed disciplined training equipment, such as Wing Chun Wall bags, Thai Heavy Bags, Grappling Dummies, Grappling mats, the infamous Wing Chun Wooden Dummy, not to mention free weights, Resistance machines and cross trainers. Classes also offered in aspects of Mixed Martial Arts, boxing, Judo, Brazilian Ju jitsu and specialist fitness and conditioning for those that want to get fighting fit.
