Our main sensei is Adam Cockfield 5th Dan.

We mix the best of traditional karate practise with modern self-defence techniques.

Keep fit, learn a new skill, learn to defend yourself and if you fancy it put yourself up for competitions alongside the best.

Rates are also amongst the best - 7.50 per session, 5 concessions. Or pay up front for batches of lessons at an even lower rate.
