weapons defense, and gaining control of an opponent with minimum effort, therefore
Sun Kune Do is a complete martial art.

elements of several fighting arts.
Our aim is to equipped and prepare our pupils for every aspect of fighting
for self-preservation, in this way they will deal with any form or style effectively.
This modern method is one of the most practical and realistic approaches to modern
self-defense and at the same time adhering to essential values of discipline and respect.

Through regular training it offers physical fitness, mental awareness, self confidence,
strength, fitness, good health, humility, honesty, and integrity. Qualities that enhance
