CROUCH END THREE WARSCLUB - more based on cross trainingthan the SWCF club - atHornsey vale community centre, Mayfield Road, Harringay n8 Times - Sunday 5:30 - 7:00
Monday - 6:00 - 7:15
The club is 10 mins walk from both Hornsey and Harringay stations and is five minutes walk from the clock tower in crouch end off of weston park road, near ferme park road. BUSES - W5, W7, W3, 41
Three Wars kung fu club is named after the San Zhan pattern that is the foundation both for our style of southern White Craneand for a number of Okinawan and Japanese systems.we have a number of instructors who are well versed in the Fujian White Crane system as well as having experience in other systems such as Wing Chun, Shotokan Karate, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
As well as being an instructor in the White Crane system, Nick Opyrchal has also trained up to black belt level in Shotokan Karate and has experience in teaching this style. Currently Nick is also competing for Diablo Muay Thai gym in Finchley, and has previously trained in Thailand with Fairtex.
