Training is Wednesday evenings 8-9.30 and Sunday lunchtimes 12-2

Ying Wu Kwan uses a scientific fighting system that anyone can learn with training and practice.
The aim is to learn to overcome an aggressor without the use of strength, using body mechanics to exploit the weakness of an opponents body structure rather than sheer force.
Our system is taught in stages, building on a framework we call our basics (foundation), by learning in these specific stages, reactions are built up over time, using drills as a way of teaching the body to react.
