Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Tuesdays is held at Titchfield Community Center, 7pm till 9pm.
Thursdays is held at Locksheath Community Center, 7pm till 9pm.

The training focuses towards self defence and realistic applications of Karate.
The particular style is Okinawan GoJu, being a more flexible and personal training system than the Japanese approach. Though mostly "empty-handed", there is the inclusion of Kobudo (weapons) as well as Te tecniques.
The training includes numerous Kata, Strikes, Kicks, Locks, Holds, Throws and Takedowns. There is also the option for Light Kumite, Friendly Sparring, Grappling and many other fun things to try your hand at.
