The Djee Jung Martial Arts Academy set up in 2000. The co-founders Paul Willies and Bob Ruddock created a syllabus to promote self defence, fitness and relaxation througha combination of martial arts. These arts consisted primarilyof Wing Chun, Choi Li Fut, Praying Mantis, Chin-Na, Chang Chuan for self defence. Tai Chi and Qigong for medative relaxation and health aspects. The Co-Founders have a combintion of 50 years experience within the martial arts. Students can choose from a range of syllabus exactly how much and how far they wish to train. Competition and gradings areavailable for those who require them. Students who wish toimprove for health aspects can obtain this from our seperate Tai Chi and Qigong classes. Everyone is welcome although a starting age of around 15 is recomended
