Essential Krav Maga. We are the largest Krav Maga club in the south of England and are proud to be part of the IKMF. We run classes 6 days a week across multiple venues in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire,Berkshire .

Essential have 5 IKMF qualified instructors. Led by head instructor Jim Maidment, a G5, the highest qualified Krav Maga instructor on the South Coast, we also have two assistant instructors.
