From Southampton head for Totton and then A236 (don't go into Totton)

The hall is located in the Square
We are a friendly club with NO EGOS!
We are now in our 11th year and have trained British Champions & Regional Grand Champions.
Qualified Instructors with over 30 years combined experience
Regular Gradings & Competitions - Fully insured with British Kickboxing Association
Learn to fight or just to get fit
Beginners always welcome
