The instructor, Joe Lawlor 3rd Dan, has over 25 years of martial arts experience encompassing Judo, various Karate styles, Aikido and Wu Shu Kwan as well as Ju-Jitsu.
The Ju-Jitsu he teaches incorporates throws, locks, submissions, strangles & chokes (seniors only), come alongs, strikes & kicks and weapon work.
The club operates a syllabus which takes practitioners from White Belt through to Black belt and beyond.
