Training Times
Southern Praying Mantis is a complete traditional Kung Fu. A new UK Branch Club of the Federation. A friendly but serious training club where the student will learn the famous footwork and stances "Mar Bo" , body posture "Sun Yen", how to borrow the opponents energy for offence and defence, sticky hands applications, various forms and techniques, breathing, 2 man sets and much more. After the student completes first level training there will be an optional 3rd lesson - a sparring class with full protective wear. This training club is only for serious minded mature students. Minimum age accepted is 12.
