What is KKB? (Korean Kickboxing)

Korean Kickboxing is suitable for ages/gender from 16 years + and will improve your fitness, flexibility and most of all your confidence.

From the start you will begin to develop a range of skills and capabilities with the opportunity to realise self-achievement.

Korean Kickboxing uses the punches, strikes, blocks and kicks of ITF Taekwondo and the techniques within boxing, therefore creating a unique and varied syllabus, which incorporates elements of self-defence.

Average lessons consist of warm-up, stretching, and cardiovascular workouts, learning correct application of techniques, pad work and much more.
