The classes are held on a Thursday evening. Children aged 6 to 12 starts at 6pm until 6.45pm and adult classes(including children over 12) are split in to 3 sessions session 1 Kali Arnis 7pm to 7.45session 2 kick boxing and cardio vascular workout 8pm to 8.45session 3 combat silat 9pm to 9.45Ramridge school is in Turners Road North just off of the Ashcroft Road in Stopsley
